Walk-in reception
The center welcomes women without an appointment, regardless of their origin, age, religion and status. Whether it’s to come for a coffee and chat convivially, or to talk about a particular topic, women are welcome at the center during our opening hours at all times; a worker will be there to welcome them. In addition, the center is adapted to accommodate people with reduced mobility.
Tech support
If you have questions about using your device or an app, or if you need to use an electronic device to connect to the Internet, the center now offers tech support! Tablets and laptops will be available for on-site use. Reservation during reception hours.
Legal Information Clinic (Separation, Divorce, Immigration, Sponsorship)
The center offers a free legal information clinic for women. This consists of a 20-minute call with a lawyer who will be able to answer questions about separation, divorce, immigration and sponsorship. Registration required.
Information and references
We receive women with special needs who require more in-depth assistance. We refer them to the appropriate community resources and organizations according to their needs.
Free distribution of menstrual products in collaboration with Monthly Dignity
In collaboration with Monthly Dignity, the center now offers free menstrual products. Women can come and see us and take the products according to their needs.
Domestic Violence Support Group
The self-help group allows women to have a space to share what they are experiencing, their life experiences and difficulties. This group allows women to support each other and promotes solidarity.
Confidential listening
We offer confidential listening in a safe space. Women can come during reception periods and talk to a worker. In person or by phone, this listening allows women to have a space where they can talk freely about their concerns, problems, and issues, without judgment.
